 Lotfi Saibi, Sr VP Business Development & International Business Part of the original executive team, Lotfi is very active in the strategic Business and Product Development of ASURiO. He is keen on establishing an ASURiO presence in the MENA region. A graduate of both Harvard University and UMass, Lotfi divides his time between Dubai and Boston, where his son lives. |
 Kelly Murphy, Director of Sales Kelly graduated from Regis University with an MS in the Science of Management. Her cheerful personality, attention to detail, and vast product knowledge make her a natural at analyzing needs and helping people make the right choices in their purchase of ASURiO software and its related features. |
 Walter Gray, Sales and Marketing As a former successful business owner, Walter’s goal is to help more organizations realize the benefits automation brings to their inspections activities as ASURiO clients now do. |
 Robin Jane Kluz, Marketing Coordinator & Product Trainer Robin came to ASURiO in 2009 with a background in Marketing, Design, and Photography. She has since added Product Trainer to her list of skills. Robin spends a lot of time with her three grandchildren who live nearby. |

 Ernie Christiansen, Chief Technical Officer Ernie is ASURiO’s data architect and works diligently to make sure the software products work exactly as they’re supposed to. He has a BS in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from Michigan State University. |
 Captain John (CJ) LaFleur, Technical Support and Business Operations Manager Started with ASURiO back in early 2008; CJ has over 25 years of technical hardware and software support and management within the computer industry. CJ has his Coast Guard Certified Boat Captain’s license. Loves sailing his boat on the Chesapeake Bay with his wife and dog. |
 Bryce Wilson, Software Developer & Product Trainer Bryce started in ASURiO’s tech support division and is now one of our talented software engineers. He follows the Colorado Avalanche in the NHL. |
 John Tworek, Tech Support Specialist John has a degree in Network Administration as well as A+ Certification. His knowledge and experience in computer repair and customer support are his greatest asset when it comes to resolving technical issues for ASURiO customers. |
 Laura Skidgel, Forms & Training Manager Laura is ASURiO’s forms/reports designer. She creates ASURiO’s standard forms as well as high-quality and professional custom forms based on individual customers’ business needs. Laura also manages and conducts training for new users. |
 Mel Nelson, Customer Care Manager With ASURiO since Feb 2008, Mel also worked as a Support Manager with StorageTek and Sun Microsystems for over 20 years. He now lives in Texas on a 50-acre ranch with some of his children and grandchildren. |
ACCOUNTING / FINANCE |

 Dan Swires, CPA / CFO Dan is a CPA besides being the company CFO. His family includes a wife, three grown children and an Australian Shepherd. |
 Justin Swires, Accountant Justin is Assistant to the CFO and handles accounting and finance for ASURiO. He married his college sweetheart in 2009 and enjoys snowboarding, kayaking, camping, and other outdoor activities. Justin plans to get his Masters Degree in Accounting in the near future. |
