PRODUCT – Hosted by ASURiO. Customer does not have to install or update.

PRICING – $99/month per user (back office and/or field personnel), billed in advance quarterly.

MOBILE DEVICES – ASURiO recommends Motorola hardware for its ruggedness and support. A good starting device FOR REMOTE DISPATCH is the Motorola MC-55 (available from ASURiO) with a telco data plan.

TRAINING – Remote training is required to ensure that the system works properly. Web-based training and/or CD is available.

DATA IMPORT – Data Import can be performed at an hourly rate, if needed, using Excel spreadsheet templates.

SUPPORT – Access to the Technical Support Center (TSC) at one email incident per week per company is included in the monthly fee; additional incidents are billed at $49 per call.

FORMS & REPORTS – NFPA Forms Library, first three forms included at no charge.
