ASURiO Mobile
The ASURiO Inspection System is comprised of software for mobile data collection, data analysis, data sharing, and reporting. The analysis & reporting software is hosted by ASURiO at its data center (or, if necessary, installed at a customer’s site). The software for gathering data in the field runs on a wide range of hand-held mobile devices, laptops/netbooks, and tablet PCs.
ASURiO’s automated inspection system technology offers a higher level of functionality than is typically found, including:
- Ability to easily share inspection data among multiple offices (ideal for multi-office inspection companies)
- Ability to handle “team” inspections for large buildings or complexes
- Ability to configure the system to accommodate a company’s business processes
ASURiO’s inspection system has been proven in the field and is currently being used by 3 of the top 5 fire and life-safety inspections companies in the United States as well as a host of more modestly sized firms in the same industry. The system also works equally well in other industries that require inspections work, such as hospitals, colleges & universities, and government facilities.

Our most recent release is ASURiO Mobile 3.0, which includes enhancements such as:
- Fire Panel Import Utility - AUTOMATE IMPORT AND FORMAT of Fire Panel data into NFPA72 reports
- New Cloning Options - Technicians can now EASILY “CLONE” OR DELETE GROUPS OF ITEMS based on either a location (floor, area, or building) or a grouping (selected or other). This also carries over cloned items answers, dates, and attributes
- Universal Manufacturer Database - Automates RECOGNITION OF EQUIPMENT IMMEDIATELY UPON SCAN of a manufacturer bar code or entry of model number
- Console-based Attachment Viewer - Now ACCESS VOICE, PICTURES, FIRE PANEL FILES, ETC. ATTACHED BY TECHNICIANS to inspection jobs for reference and audit. Enables managers or dispatchers to see or hear whatever was added by the technician on the mobile device
