ASURiO Deficiency Management Module
ASURiO’s “Deficiency Management Module” (ADMM) maximizes the percentage of deficiencies contractors convert to revenue, efficiently and profitably.
ASURiO customers who have used other Inspection Management Systems tell us repeatedly that this module differentiates us from our competition and allows the customer to do the same.
This is one of the key advantages to automating inspections – to generate revenue from every deficiency in a repeatable, reliable manner.
Here’s how an average ASURiO customer uses ADMM:
- Deficiencies are found in the field and recorded with supporting data, comments, and even a photo. Code citations are provided when appropriate.
- Deficiency Report (with photos and descriptions) can be printed in the field for the customer or sent to them via e-mail, immediately following inspection completion.
- The Field Deficiency Report can be formatted so that the customer can quickly sign off on a correction request.
- The deficiency flows into the ADMM when the inspection report is completed and sent from the field unit into the back office management console
- It is then “rendered,” “archived,” and made available as both an inspection report and a deficiency report in the ADMM.
- The deficiency is now available for response sequences and other management actions. The ASURiO system allows for pre-set “response selections” which are determined by the customer.
- Managers can assign deficiencies to internal employees or outside sub-contractors for follow-up actions, as dictated by the customer’s business processes.
- Work Orders can be generated with projected costs, job item notes and other features included.
- Deficiencies can be sorted and analyzed by various criteria to assess correction progress by customer, deficiency, job site, employee, potential revenue and other factors.
- Deficiencies are tracked through to completion, and – if the ASURiO system is integrated with the accounting system – also through to receipt of payment.
- Once completed, deficiencies and corrective actions are stored in the ASURiO History Archive indefinitely, accessible instantly upon demand.
